Sculptural installation made for Federal Cafe Madrid. Collaboration with architect Hugo Martínez Muñoz and illustrator and graphic designer Alexander Méndez-Vigo.
We aimed to unite the first and second floor of the bar while integrating the sculpture within the interior of the establishment itself. To achieve this continuity, we integrated the staircase railing into the sculpture. Then becoming a linear structure that floats several feet above ground creating a group of lines projected at different levels.
The materials used were white painted iron and beech wood with a clear matte varnish.
